Curtis is a Quarter Century PGA Member and has over 30 years of golf management experience in the golf industry. Most recently he had the pleasure of managing the Golf Department at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club in Rancho Mirage for 3 years. Curtis was previously with JC Golf from 2001 to 2018 as the General Manager at Twin Oaks G.C. and the Director of Golf at Temecula Creek Inn and Los Serranos G.C. "I’m excited to return to a great organization at JC Golf and lead a fantastic team here at Cross Creek Golf Club. I look forward to working diligently with everyone here in the community while providing an experience that exceeds expectations for golf and dining."

Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Drew began his journey in golf management driven by a passion for improving the overall golfer experience. In 2021, he became General Manager of San Ramon Golf Club in the East Bay area of CA, where he played a key role in reshaping the course's public image. By prioritizing continuous improvement and making strategic investments, Drew greatly enhanced the facility and transformed the golfing experience for the players. Now, as the Director of Golf at The Welk, he is excited to bring that same energy and creativity to this incredible property. He is committed to making it one of the most exciting courses to play in the area while delivering exceptional service every step of the way

Encinitas Ranch and JC Golf welcome Jeffry Munak as the Head Golf Professional. A native San Diegan and La Jolla High School graduate, Jeffrey has been an active member of the San Diego golf community since 1988. He played collegiate golf at the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating in 2002, and has been a PGA Member since 2010. Jeffrey served as the Head Golf Professional at San Diego Country Club from 2020 to 2024, after holding the position of 1st Assistant from 2007 to 2019.
Since 2012, Jeffrey has been a Board Member of the San Diego Chapter PGA and is currently serving as President for the 2024 and 2025 terms. His teaching philosophy has been shaped by legendary instructors Paul Runyan, Phil Rodgers, and Bob Toski.
Jeffrey is passionate about teaching, growing the game, playing, and building connections with fellow golf professionals, members, and guests. "I am extremely excited and honored to be the Head Golf Professional at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course and a part of the JC Resorts team. I look forward to enhancing the entire golf experience for our residents, JC members, and guests through exceptional customer service and exemplary communication.
